These terms govern your use of the Normal website at trynormal.ai, including the blog and related pages. Normal is owned and operated by Human Owned LLC (“Normal,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The site

This website describes Normal: worldbuilding for companies. It is provided for information. Booking a conversation, or any later work to build a world, may be covered by a separate agreement. If those conflict with these terms, the separate agreement controls for that work.

Use

You may view and share the public site in an ordinary way. You may not scrape, overload, or attempt to break the site, copy it as your own product, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site, writing, images, and the Normal name are owned by Human Owned LLC or used with permission. You do not get any license beyond viewing the site, unless we say so in writing.

No professional advice

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Living models and examples are illustrations, not a guarantee of results for your company.

Third-party services

Links to Cal.com and other sites are outside our control. Their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for those services.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Human Owned LLC and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to fifty US dollars.

We may change these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top will change when we update them.
