Normal is owned and operated by Human Owned LLC (“Normal,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information when you use trynormal.ai and related pages, including when you email us or book time with Ely Henderson.

What this site is

This website is a public presentation of Normal: living models of companies. It is not an account product, login, or health service. If you work with us on a world, that engagement may have its own terms.

Information we collect

Information you send us. If you email ely@trynormal.ai or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, and whatever you choose to share about your work.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, pages visited and approximate region). This is used to operate and improve the site, not to build a profile for advertising.

Booking. Scheduling runs through Cal.com. Their service processes the information you submit to book a meeting. See Cal.com’s own privacy policy for how they handle that data.

Cookies

The site may set strictly useful cookies or similar storage for analytics and basic operation. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use it to respond to you, run the website, keep the service secure, and understand what is working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share with

Hosting and analytics run on Vercel. Scheduling runs on Cal.com. We may share information if required by law, or with people who help us operate the company under an obligation to keep it confidential.

Retention

Email and booking records are kept as long as needed to work with you and run the business, then deleted or archived when they are no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to legal or operational limits. If you do not want to book through Cal.com, email us instead.

Children

Normal is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
